August 2, 2022 - Public Hearing:


  • August 2nd at 7:00 pm, the Comprehensive Plan Committee will hold a Public Hearing on updates to the Comprehensive Plan.  See draft plan here.



August 23, 2022 - Public Hearing:


  • The proposed zone change for a property on Gatto Lane in the Hamlet of Pearl River (postponed from 7/26/22 to 8/23/22)


  • To amend Chapter 43 in the Town Code to address zoning in the Hamlet of South Nyack (postponed from 8/9/22 to 8/23/22)



Due to construction at Town Hall, the September 11th ceremony will be moved to Veterans Park in Orangeburg, NY. Mark your calendars.


Supervisor Teresa M. Kenny attended Jawonio's 75th Anniversary Community Celebration hosted by Honorary Chair, Janice Huff, Chief Meteorologist for WNBC-New York. If you missed the ceremony, please watch it here.

Early Voting at Town Hall


Early voting will be begin on Saturday, August 13th and run through Sunday, August 21st. If you cast your ballot on Primary Day, Tuesday, August 23rd, you will need to visit your regular polling site, which can be found here.

Upcoming Events

Beginning Friday, July 8th, Duffy's Dog Park, located at Veterans Memorial Park, will close on Fridays at 7:00 pm due to the Summer Concert Series. The park will re-open on Saturday mornings. Orangetown Parks and Recreation appreciates your cooperation, as we know loud sounds are disturbing to many of our furry friends.
