Sunday Community Practice
Sunday Community Practice is an ongoing program that focuses on spiritual practice and how it can be lived in daily life. If you would like to practice meditation on a consistent basis, along with others who are dedicated to making enlightened living a priority in their lives, please join us on Sunday mornings.
Please Note: Adyashanti and Mukti will be taking time off during the months of July and August. While they are away, we will be replaying a few of their most popular, previously-aired Sunday Community Practice sessions. These prerecorded replays will air from 9:00–11:00 am Pacific Time (without the usual preprogram meditation). We appreciate your continued support while our teachers rest and rejuvenate. We will return to live broadcasts beginning September 10.
Try out a single session or join as a monthly subscriber. Each practice is two hours and includes a guided meditation and a talk. Join Adya and Mukti as they lead these twice-a-month practices.
