For the love of papaya!
What is it about this fruit?

A tropical fruit originally from Central America, papaya is rich in nutrients like fibre, and Vitamins A, C and E which function as antioxidants and helps support the immune system while fighting inflammation in the body. Papayas also contain an enzyme called papain which helps digest proteins. Papaya can be consumed unripe / green outside (in things like stir fry) or ripe / yellow outside (as a side dish or in a smoothie).
