Support Group for Family Caregivers:

Conversations Between Caregivers

The Coast Caregiver Resource Center has started a support group for family caregivers, paid or unpaid, ages 18 and older, who are caring for adults with cognitive decline. Support groups offer emotional support, a safe space and sense of community, resources, coping skills, and help gain perspective with others in similar situations.

The support group is offered in Oxnard in both English and Spanish. Advance registration is required. Please contact the group facilitator listed on the flyer below to register or for more information.
