News, updates and helpful reminders from the Association.

It is the last week to take the annual resident survey. We encourage all residents to take the survey as your feedback is immensely helpful in guiding the decisions of the Community Association and the Board of Directors. All participants are eligible to win prizes such as an Amazon gift card, a Home Depot gift card, fitness class credit, and so much more! The survey only takes 5 - 10 minutes to complete. ASSOCIATION NEWS

Vandalism in the Community

Over the past few weeks, multiple instances of vandalism have occurred in Daybreak's common spaces. We expect these instances to result in costly repairs. Please note that our team is working to locate the individuals responsible. In the meantime, parents, please remind your kids that vandalism and damaging property is never ok.

RecDesk Registration

With summer only a few months away, we encourage all residents to make sure they are registered with RecDesk. Not only will your RecDesk account grant you access to Daybreak's various pools and amenities - but it will also be used for registration for LiveDAYBREAK's many events this year.

Tips Before Landscaping Season

With the colder months now behind us, landscape season is in full swing. As a reminder, backyard/sideyard landscaping still requires the submission of an application as well as committee approval. Please make an appointment with a Design Review Coordinator to review your application before any work gets started. Time slots are filling up quickly, so remember to plan your projects accordingly.

Pet Etiquette

Picking up after your pet and keeping them on a leash is crucial to keeping Daybreak clean and safe for all residents. Whether it be in a common space, park strip, a neighbor's yard or even your own - pet waste needs to be picked up and properly disposed of. Please show respect to the community and clean up after your pet.
