JANUARY 2025

GENNY'S GIMMES

Hello Members! How About Some GIMMES to Get Up For!

"HAPPY NEW YEAR"

A great big thank you to all participating members for making the 2024 Richmond Chapter a success. We get better every year - especially when we get input from YOU!

The Ice Bowl

What a wonderful way to close out the year. "The Ice Bowl" really lived up to its "rippin’ rep" and although freezing cold, it was a great day to see so many folks.  And so thankful for our friends at CWGA for enjoying the day with us.

Congratulations to all the Ice Bowl winners! Click HERE for results.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO KNOW

Fly the Green!

Silent Auctions - The time is now & we need your help, please!

The Kick-off Luncheon Committee is urgently seeking donations to support our upcoming event! As we prepare to gather on January 16th to review contributions, we urge you to register your interest as soon as possible.

We are seeking in-kind donations valued at over $500, which will directly benefit our two chosen charities (Girl's Program at First Tee of Richmond, Adaptive Golf program at Sheltering Arms). Examples of these high-value donations can include items such as 2 Washington Commander tickets valued at $525 or a brand-new off-road bicycle with a retail value of 1,500.

Additionally, to support our Chapter directly, we invite artisans, crafters, Etsy sellers, and business owners to contribute by donating items or baskets of their handcrafted products for auction. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your talent and promote your business. For instance, you might donate a basket of personal products from Jane Doe's Bath Bar or handmade woodworking pieces from our member Mary Doe.

Together, we can create a kick-off luncheon and your support can make a tangible difference - let's come together to make our kick-off a resounding success!

Register your interest ASAP or by 1/16 when we meet to review responses.
