Nevins News

Here we are in the busiest time of the year...at least it seems that way for many.  Folks are coming and going, dodging the snowflakes and wondering how they will get everything done.  Sometimes you have to take a breath, sit down, chill out and get rid of some of that  holiday stress.  Visit the library to check out some new books or find a DVD to watch.  The children's department is offering some wonderful programs for December and have an opportunity to give back to the community through their giving tree.  Watch for some fun adult programs, author Elin Hilderbrand is coming and the staff will be holding a DIY gift showcase as well.

We would also like to send out best wishes out to Megan Carney, our Head of Readers Services who has accepted a new position in an elementary school library.  We know she will do well, and our loss is their gain.  Good Luck Megan from all your Friends at the Nevins Library.

See you soon,

Nevins Memorial Staff
