Great News!!

Please be sure to break them down flat for return, similar to the Vegetable Share Boxes. Thanks!
Recipes (including an all new "use it up" section for last week's leftovers), storage tips and inspiration:
There's nothing like a warm quiche for breakfast, lunch or dinner in this cold season. You can make them ahead of time and warm up when you're ready to eat, which is great, especially if you have company visiting! This Fennel, Onion, Apple, Ham and Sage Quiche (Click here) looks delicious and hearty! It would be great with your heirloom Arkansas Black Apples from the fruit share! Add a Frisee salad on the side for a complete meal.
A reminder that you don't have to get too fancy with your salads to enjoy those fresh greens you get every week in your box! Follow this No-Recipe Salad and Basic Vinegarette (Click here) for a simple and easy daily salad. This week you could use ANY of the items in your box in a simple salad!
Spicy Lemon Parsley Dipping Sauce (Click here) will really elevate your meat dishes this week, or make a great salad dressing too. You can also add this to an appetizer charcuterie board to drizzle on top of cheese and crackers for extra tang!
Ginger Garlic Noodle Soup with Bok Choy (click here)is a nutritious and comforting, twenty-minute recipe made with a vegetarian broth, noodles, mushrooms, and your CSA Bok choy. You can easily make this Bok Choy Soup your own by adding chicken, shrimp, spicy chilis, or other veggies.
