Headed into the back 1/2 of the year I'm at a deficit compared to sales from 2022. I think the Jamboree bump will help in August (as did last year's NOAC). I have been working to add perhaps one more part time employee in the warehouse to help with listing. So it's all a balance of adding more expenses versus adding more potential sales. My strategy is high volume and I'm ready to step on the gas even more.
