NEW Online Payments for BTRs

The City of DeBary will be switching over to an online portal, Citizenserve, beginning July 1, 2022. This online portal will allow businesses to renew and make payments online for future Business Tax Receipts. After payment is received, businesses will also be able to print the BTR directly from this portal.

A separate email was sent out this morning with specific login information for your business as well as a link to access the portal.

All businesses in DeBary are required to renew their 2022/2023 BTR by September 30. Payments can be made through the on-line portal beginning July 1, via mail with an enclosed check, or in person at City Hall via check or credit card. City Hall does not accept cash.

Back-to-School Tax Holiday

The City will be featuring local businesses who sell items that qualify for the July 25 - August 7 tax holiday. Your business can be featured if you sell any of the following:

Learning aids and jigsaw puzzles selling for $30 or less
Most school supplies selling for $50 or less
Clothing, footwear, and accessories selling for $100 or less
Computers and accessories (when purchased for non-commercial and personal us) selling for $1,500 or less

To be featured, email khewitt@debary.org with a photo or your business/products and a description of which products you sell that meet the qualifications above. We will be highlighting the submissions on our Facebook and LinkedIn accounts
