Welcome to the spring edition of Endurance Adventures newsletter! We have a lot of exciting ski and bike trips planned for the upcoming 2023/24 calendar year. Learn about our upcoming trips, free summer clinic events, and recent blog posts! Endurance Adventures is celebrating its one year anniversary this June and looks forward to guiding more adventure ski and bike trips in the coming year!


Our upcoming trips are going to be epic! Whether you're an experienced adventurer or a beginner, Endurance Adventure trips has you covered! Our registration price hike deadlines are fast approaching June 1, so make sure to sign up soon!


In addition to our trips, we also have a series of free clinics scheduled this summer and fall. These clinics are a great way to learn new skills and meet other adventure enthusiasts in the Twin Cities area. Each clinic ends with appetizers, drinks, social time and 2023/24 Endurance Adventure's trip presentation.

Injury Recovery and Prevention



Wisdom Nugget #1 Slow down and allow your body time to heal.

You may laugh at the above statement if you know me personally since I rarely slow down. My father gave me the nickname “perpetual motion” since I rarely sit down for more than ten minutes at a time. Over the years I have not been kind to my body, with my persistent bike and ski crashes.


The most painful mountain bike crash that I have endured was during a Minnesota mountain bike series race at Afton Alps around fifteen years ago. I enjoy the thrill of descending hills at fast speeds but was taken off guard by an unknown drop and ended up doing an endo over my handlebars landing me on my left shoulder. Continue reading here



Shredding Dirt in the Ozark!



Something magical happens when you gather like-minded women who love to shred dirt. The “Best of Bentonville” trip had nine participants and three trip guides. A few women came on the trip as solos while others signed up with a friend. We started the trip with an evening single-track ride on the Back 40 Trail located just behind our cabins.


The group enjoyed views of the sunset while riding on the Blowing Springs Trail system built along a beautiful rocky bluff. Following the ride, participants enjoyed a home-cooked meal of curry sitting on the porch of our cabin. Within just a few hours, the group of women had already bonded and were excited for the upcoming days of bike adventure. Read more here
