Chicken and Steak Fajitas!!
Chicken Fajitas— Marinated chicken (NAE), grilled to perfection with a chipotle sauce.
Steak Fajitas— Tender flatiron steak, marinated and grilled.
Peppers and Onions— Red, green, and yellow peppers with white onions.
Sautéed in spices. (peppers and onions on the side)
Cilantro Lime Rice— Cooked in chicken stock and onion then tossed with fresh cilantro and lime juice.
Charro Beans— Bacon, ham, and chorizo with fresh roasted green chiles, garlic, onions, and spices. Finished with cilantro and fresh lime juice.
Southwest Chopped Salad— Chopped iceberg and romaine lettuce, bell peppers, tomatoes, roasted sweet corn, cucumbers, Cotija cheese, and hard-boiled egg. Served with tortilla frizzles and chipotle ranch dressing on the side.
