Dear Elkhorn Homeowners, 

SVEA has been informed by the City of Sun Valley that the Jericho project, approved by Planning and Zoning in April, will not be reviewed by the Sun Valley City Council during their upcoming meeting on June 1st.

The Jericho project is the proposed 19 unit rental development on Block 7 in the Village core near the tennis courts. The project must be approved by the Sun Valley City Council, Elkhorn Springs Master Association and SVEA prior to construction.

As agreed in the annual membership meeting, SVEA will keep owners informed as this project progresses through the approval processes.
