There are other bills we support because they make Delaware employers and employees more competitive. We oppose a number of other bills because our analysis—validated by many of you—takes Delaware in the wrong direction and will end up layering on expenses, accelerating automation where possible, and costing jobs. While those bills are not listed here, we remain very active on those bills too. Look for our full End-of-Session Wrap Up email on Friday morning. In the meantime, please email or call senators and representatives with your views on these and any other bills that remain active. Your voice matters!
