Our customer is seeking a high judgment, detail-focused, employee-obsessed, creative, and results-driven communications professional (Internal Communications Digital Editor). The position is 100% remote. The initial contract is for 1 year, with extensions likely.
The ideal candidate takes initiative, dives deep into details, and is passionate about the employee experience. You will need to be able to maneuver in a fast-paced environment working between projects and be energized by juggling priorities. This role is a key element of supporting a consistent and cohesive internal communications experience centered on the Company’s intranet backbone – the Vine.
Some of your responsibilities include:
· Develop, execute, and oversee Vine content editorial plan
· Manage content development, review, editing, and approval of all internal communications and broadcasts related to the VINE
· Establish and maintain baseline metrics for Vine, analyze engagement and propose ways to increase traffic and enhance the user experience
· Function as the digital channel SME and knowledge point for all users
· Manage content development and publishing for internal digital signage (flat screens throughout office)
Minimum requirements include:
· 3+ years’ experience with digital communications, employee engagement strategy, advocacy programs and technology supported by strong operations and governance
· Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Experience with integrated communications strategies
· Experience with digital communications for employee audiences at all levels, including executive, on a variety of channels such as intranets, email, digital displays
· Experience working cross-functionally with business partners to develop integrated communication strategies
· Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple issues at once, and meet tight deadlines
· Ability to maintain consistency with content standards and brand voice
· Exceptional attention to detail
