A Culinary History of Southern Delaware

Denise Clemons, author of the book, Culinary History of Southern Delaware explores the history of various regional favorites some of which are unique to southern Delaware. She will discuss the evolution behind different ingredients and recipes for dishes familiar to locals and visitors, such as Beach Plum Jelly, Chicken and Slippery Dumplings.
