Nursery Attendant Needed!
OPC is both saddened but also excited for our wonderful nursery attendant, Rhonda Krehbiel, who is graduating at the end of May. Rhonda has been an absolute blessing for our very littlest of children, so we’re sad to see her go.

OPC is looking for a new nursery attendant to succeed Rhonda after she graduates. If you or anyone you know is interested, please contact Kay Estes, chair of Christian Education, or contact Pastor Marc. We’ll be posting more information about this position soon. In the meantime, please help us get the word out!

Your Stewardship Matters
Be still, my soul, and steadfast.
Earth and heaven both are still watching
though time is draining from the clock
and your walk, that was confident and quick,
has become slow.

So, be slow if you must, but let
the heart still play its true part.
Love still as once you loved, deeply
and without patience. Let God and the world
know you are grateful.
That the gift has been given.
Mary Oliver

Living into Hope

It is not easy to convey a sense of wonder,
let alone resurrection wonder, to another.
It's the very nature of wonder to catch us off guard,
to circumvent expectations and assumptions.
Wonder can't be packaged,
and it can't be worked up.
It requires some sense of being there
and some sense of engagement.
