Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

After what has to be one of the most challenging years we have all faced due to the political turmoil, raging inflation, aggressive wars and all the division between Americans, even within our own families, now is the time to be grateful for all that we do have, especially all the experiences we share with our family and our friends.

This year I am particularly grateful as 25 years ago, in 1999, Jean Martin walked into our office only a few months after having a baby, to fill in as a temp for our office manager who took a leave of absence. I immediately took a liking to her warm and friendly personality, attention to detail, true professionalism and her desire and to learn and grow both professionally and personally.

Fortunately for IDS and all our clients, shortly after Jean decided to join us and make this a permanent position. And now 25 years and 3 wonderful children later, Jean continues to be the backbone of our company, always smiling, facing every challenge eager to find the best solution, and constantly learning and growing every single day. Now that her 3 children have graduated college, she finally has more time to travel with her boyfriend Sal and enjoy the efforts of all her years of hard work, true concern and tremendous diligence.

As everyone who knows her will agree, she is a truly unique and special person and Rob and I could not be more fortunate and grateful, to work together and have her in our lives over these 25 years!

Congratulations Jean for always being there for the IDS Family and we look forward to the next 25 years, assuming AI can help us with the aging thing!
