Sabbath, Summer and Slowing Down
This Sunday we will begin a three-week sermon series on Sabbath. Looking at this important commandment in which God instructed us to rest. Summer is one of those times when rest and relaxation is at the forefront of our agendas. How can we enjoy the good weather, the lake, time outside? These are great questions! Hopefully you are finding time to rest a little bit and care for yourself.
I am amazed it is almost July. What happened to June? It was filled with VBS, graduation parties, and much more. As we move into July, I am going to commit myself to taking time out, to be quiet, to listen to God and to rest a little bit more. I hope you will join me in practicing Sabbath over the next few weeks. You do not have to do more, in fact, less is key. Put away your cell phone, turn off the tv, listen to the birds singing. God saw the virtue of rest and has invited us to do the same. I hope you will join me!

Kids Time @ Grace this Summer
We invite kids ages 3 and up to participate in Kids Time. Kids Time is for those who would like to go outside during the sermon for learning and fun. Kids Time is offered on Wednesday Nights for 7pm worship and 10:00am Sunday Worship.

The Nursery is OPEN during Sunday Worship
at 8:30 & 10am for the Summer!

Fellowship
Fellowship is after Worship on Sundays. Coffee, water and treats will be available in the Narthex after worship.

Thursday Bible Study Canceled for June 30th
There will not be Thursday 10:30am Bible Study on June 30, 2022.

High School Bonfire!
Join us on Wednesday, June 29th for worship and a bonfire. Worship begins at 7:00pm, the bonfire is from 8:00-9:30pm. Bring a lawn chair and dress for the weather! We will have hot dogs and smores to roast over the fire! All 9th – 12th grade students are welcome!

Ruth Circle Date Change for July!
The July Ruth Circle Meeting will be on July 11th at 12pm. It is being changed due to the July 4th holiday.
Ruth Circle is a group of mostly retired women who usually following quilters (12 PM) Bring your lunch and join one of the Pastors and others as we engage the Gather magazine monthly Bible Study.

Children's Ministry Movie Night
Friday, July 15th
6-8pm in the Fellowship Hall
Children’s Ministry Movie Night for ages 3 years old through 5th grade is back! Please join us for this free and fun night at the movies! All children must be accompanied by a parent or other adult.

Noisy Offerings from June 16th to June 30th will be going to the gasoline cost for this years Youth Summer Trips. Noisy Offering from July 1st to July 15th will be going to Shriner's. |
