Reports

• Rounding issue creating inaccuracies on Fees Absorbed by Dept report has been fixed.
• Refill Alert Report fixed.

Activities & Registration

• Open text box added to Team Sports Schedules.
• Issue with Adv. Act. Deposits and Adjustments not applying has been fixed.
• Cancel button in Edit All Teams linked was not working and has been fixed.
• Descriptions of Deposit Types in Advanced Activities updated.

Point of Sale

• Products can be designated as informational only for public side.
• POS refunds for limited users is now location specific.

Memberships

• Add-ons are now listed in Membership Length view.
• Daily Guest Memberships not respecting Max Seats has been fixed.
• Fix has been created for membership cards not showing when adding a member used on memberships.

Misc

• Photo Gallery Categories can be hidden from public.
• Photo Gallery now has order numbers.
• Public News sorted by order #, then date.
• Removed ‘Fax’ on Contact Us page if none present in Settings.

What's Coming

Stay tuned as our more flexible, easier-to-use Payment Plans are coming to more than just account balances. Standard activities, advanced activities and memberships will soon list payment plans as a registration payment option with the ability to seamlessly make additional payments and the potential to require deposits!

Summer is HERE, and that means it’s time to order those membership cards! Whether you need to top off your supply or start one, make sure to submit your order soon to skip those pesky rush costs.

With that, we’ve got some great news: Ordering membership cards just got a whole lot easier!

• Better than ever. We are working with a new vendor that offers more affordable pricing and faster production time, while still maintaining the quality you expect.
• Simplify the logistics. We handle everything, from the design to coordinating shipping. We know you’re busy! Sit back and relax – we’ve got this one.
• Window shopping made easy. The Membership card order form has been updated to include a handy quote calculator, so you can tweak your order to suit your budget.
• Shipping quotes will be sent after order submission. Our form is good, but not “access to UPS shipping prices” good, unfortunately. 
• Professionally designed. Skip the hassle of those annoying drag-and-drop “design builders.” Our experienced Design Specialist will work with you to create a card design that reflects exactly what you need, in the most delightful way.
