Beautiful hot summer days can make it challenging to keep our bodies moving. When it comes to our yoga practice, the answer is in the power of slow and easeful.


Moving a little slower, keeping even movement with breath and finding the ease in our steady yoga postures is a great way to stay cool and keep reaping the benefits of our practice.

In this 90 minute class you will enjoy:

  • a restorative-inspired Gentle Somatic Yoga class and review of how somatic movement can reverse and release stress holding patterns from the body.
  • a guided relaxation in a restorative and fully supported setup for ultimate comfort.
  • a 30 minute crystal bowl sound bath.

Your New Nia Teacher

We are thrilled to welcome Caroline Chapman, owner of the Green Spirit boutique to the Beyond team.

What you will learn in this workshop:


• Basics of energy medicine as seen by Donna Eden;

• Several energy exercises that: 1. keep our basic energies solid 2. Keep our energy systems communicating and 3. bring resilience;

• How to incorporate these techniques into your yoga practice or yoga class; and

• A short basic energy routine.



This workshop ends with an Energy Medicine Yoga practice — Open to all levels.

Offered in progression of Reiki I, II and Masters Level, Reiki I will provide you with powerful tools for personal growth and healing skills. You will learn how to use reiki for yourself and others. These skills can be shared profesionally, privately or you can combine them with skills you already have.

Reiki is easy and quick to learn. Use it regularly and it will change your life. You can’t beat that!


With Reiki Level I You Will:

  • Draw from a bigger energy source in your daily life, or add a deeper dimension to your daily work.
  • Add to your self-care toolbox, or deepen your relationship with yourself, your family, or your environment.
  • Work in this field, or add this as a compliment to what you already do.
  • Strengthen your resiliency as you walk through life’s challenges.
