IN-PERSON WORSHIP

Sunday worship services are held in in our sanctuary at 9am and 11am!

Masks are optional (except for children ages 2-4 and volunteers working with children ages 4 and under) but they are encouraged. There is a marked "masks required" section in the front right of the sanctuary for those who don't wish to sit with unmasked attendees.

ONLINE WORSHIP

You can join us virtually via our live-streamed services at 9am and 11am on YouTube and Facebook, or watch the service later, beginning on Sunday afternoon.

This Worship Resource Page serves as a companion to the online worship service and includes song lyrics and sermon scripture.

SUNDAY SCHOOL

Newborn-Preschool: Class is available during services. Upon drop-off, parents/guardians and children receive wristbands with matching numbers. Parents supply their wristband to pick up their child at the conclusion of the service. 

Kindergarten - Grade 5: Class is available during both services. Children in this age group will begin in the sanctuary for worship with their parent/guardian and will be dismissed to the CE Room after the Congregational Prayer.

Grades 6-12: All youth will begin in the sanctuary for worship with their parent/guardian and will be dismissed to the Large Youth Room after the Congregational Prayer.

Adults: Classes for adults begin at the start of each service upstairs.

MENNONITE WORLD CONFERENCE ASSEMBLY 2022

This year's Mennonite World Conference Assembly will take place on July 5-10 in Indonesia. To provide an opportunity for  worship and learning with brothers and sisters across the world, MWC is offering a virtual participation option! The cost to register is $150, and the church has some scholarship monies available as needed. Check out these FAQs and contact Pastor Lynda if you are interested in attending this event virtually.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

Come explore the colorful canyons and sunbaked trails of the southwest through Monumental, this year's VBS! Join us June 26-30 here at the church. We'll have fun together through Bible stories, games, snacks, music, and more! Registration is open for Preschool - Grade 5...click here to sign up!

This Sunday, visit the lobby and check out the board of cactuses for donation opportunities and help provide the needed supplies for snacks, activities, etc. for the VBS kids!

COMMUNITY COOKOUT

We're hosting a cookout for our neighbors on Saturday, July 9 and we need your help! We'll offer food, games, balloons, and more! If you are interested in volunteering, sign up here!

BAPTISM

July 10 is Baptism Sunday! We will celebrate at 3pm at an outdoor location.

If you're interested in being baptized, we will be hosting a class on Wednesday, July 6 at 6:30pm. Contact Pastor Hank with questions or sign up at the info desks at the back of the Sanctuary if you're interested.

CHILD DEDICATION

We will be having a Child/Parent 

dedication on Sunday, July 17. 

This is a time for you to commit to God and the congregation that you will do your best to raise your child as the Lord has taught us. This is also a time where the congregation pledges to support you and your family. If you have not completed our Child Dedication class yet, we will have class on Sunday, July 10 during the 9am service. Please sign up here if you're interested and contact Pastor Patty for more information.

CHURCH PICNIC

We're excited to announce that we will be having a Church Picnic at Lingle Park on Sunday, July 17, 4:00 to 8:00pm! 

There will be a few fun activities to choose from, but most of the time will be unstructured, giving us the opportunity to hang out with friends and to make new friends.

The evening will include a pot-luck picnic dinner. Fried chicken, hot dogs, and beverages will be provided, and everyone attending will be asked to bring something toward the meal. It'll be a special time - we hope you'll save the date!

If you'd like to help with the planning for the picnic, the Hospitality Ministry Team would love to know of your interest. Contact Pastor Lynda to volunteer!
