Vacation Bible School

Free Coffee

Beginning Sunday July 3, free self-serve coffee will be available in the breezeway entrance to the Harnish Center prior to the 9:30 a.m. service and in the courtyard prior to the 11 a.m. service. With our summer traffic being slower we have decided to shift to offering free coffee! Our Hospitality team is looking for people with a smile & a heart for serving, no sunscreen or experience required. Contact Katherine Cosmas for more information.

Youth Ministries Coordinator - Be part of Making God’s Love Real with youth in grades 6-12 across the Tampa area. The primary goals are to help our youth grow in belief and action as disciples of Christ where they will be connected into loving community, transformed to be more like Jesus, and equipped to teach others how to live life as God intends. Our youth meet in the Magnolia building weekly, where the second floor is a dedicated youth space. There are three “small group” rooms, one large space including game tables, two office / work spaces and a kitchen area. Outside of the Magnolia building is a basketball hoop and Gaga Ball area. A team of amazing volunteers helps ministry happen for our youth families. Learn more and apply.

Organist for Traditional Music - Be part of Making God’s Love Real through music. Hyde Park United Methodist’s Traditional Music program offers opportunities for people of all ages to lead in worship through vocal, handbell ensembles and instrumental groups. We are searching for a dynamic keyboard player who can provide uplifting organ music and supportive accompaniment to congregational and choral singing. For the right candidate, duties of conducting children’s and/or youth choirs could be added. Learn more and apply.
