Wesley Memorial School Summer Campers enjoyed participating in the WMUMC Children’s Ministries Vacation Bible School: Celebrating God’s Greatness. The children also had an opportunity to spend time with our very own Pastor Ken in the Sanctuary. Pastor Ken shared Jesus’ love for the little children…red, yellow, black, and white all are precious in His sight. The children listened intently as Pastor Ken told them about the 12 disciples, friendships, worship, and prayer. He even put on his robe, stole and cincture tie, explaining to the children why he wears a special uniform. Pastor Ken said that it shows his service to God. The children were delighted to touch and look at the beautiful stain glass windows as Pastor Ken shared stories of those whom it represents. Thank you, Pastor Ken!
