It has been a week filled with alliums at Cabbage Throw Farm. All onions have been harvested and are curing and fresh shallots will be available at market. Summer squash continues in abundance in all shapes and sizes. Their customer recipe recommendation of the week: Summer Squash Pizza!

White Nectarines at Phillips Farms have been amazing! So sweet and juicy, they are now at peak season. More summer fruit at Phillips not to be missed include Blueberries, Blackberries, Red Raspberries, Currants, Yellow Peaches, White Peaches, Donut Peaches, Plums, Cantaloupe and maybe even the first watermelons. Corn will be available again and all summer long.
