Dear Parents,

Wow, school is about to start! We hope everyone is enjoying their summer. Welcome our new and returning families. We are looking forward to spending the school year with you and your children. This school year drop-off/pick-up will be at the ET entrances.

FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL

The first day of school for 1-5 grades is Wednesday, August 16. This will be a 2 pm release day. Kindergartners will start on Thursday, August 17. We know some of you will be taking off work to spend the first day with your child and others will not be starting ET until the second week of school. Please email your site director with the date your child will be starting ET and if attending 3 days, what the days will be. This will help us make sure everyone is where they are suppose to be.

CAMPDOCS

The invitation from Campdocs was sent out. The email comes from the Campdoc sight and was sent to the email address you used at registration. Campdocs must be filled out before starting Extended Time. It is vital that you fill out your child's emergency information. This will give us the information we need to contact you in case of an emergency. If you have more than one child enrolled, you will need to fill out a Campdoc for each child. If you have previously filled out a Campdoc, please go through and update your information. If we will be administering medication to your child, please download the medication form in your Campdocs and turn it into your site director when school starts. Unfortunately, we will not be able to administer medication without this form.
