Weekly Newsletter 06/23/2023

Dear Parents,

Although a rainy week, we made the best of it at Kids For Kids. This week, all classes except Red and Yellow (since they are too small) had a chance to participate in an on site fieldtrip on the Jungle Gym. Not only was it great exercise, but a fabulous time was had by all. Our kids in Rainbow, Orange, Brown, Purple, Silver and Gold had a chance to play soccer with coach Jackie on the days that it did not rain.

ALL classes enjoyed music with fabulous music teacher Miss Michelle. She was our music teacher for many years before COVID and we are so happy that she has returned. The kids are always excited to see what kind of instruments she will bring to share.

This week as part of our Passport For Fun, our students learned about life in Australia. The sang songs, learned words and other things about the continent and some even drew or made flag in art. Next week our students will find themselves in North America as they prepare to learn about July 4th. Speaking of July 4th, please be aware that we are closed on that day. We are however OPEN JULY 3rd.

We have just placed an order for more school uniforms for fall. Soon we will put out our Recycled uniforms. We believe in recycling. If you have uniforms that your child has outgrown that you wish to donate, we will put them out with others we have collected. Families are free to get as many FREE recycled shirts as they wish.

I wish you a wonderful weekend with your family.

See you Monday!

Beth Rosenthal Davis, Ed.S, NBCT
