In this series we will be cultivating strong minds and calm bodies by moving, breathing, singing, and playing! These children’s classes are designed for children 6-8 and introduce yoga in a fun, playful, and inclusive way. In addition to learning different poses and breaths, we will also embed social emotional learning. This includes: self-control, self-love, building confidence, mindfulness, healthy communication, and coping skills. We ask that grownups stay for the duration of the class. |
