Help Wanted

Anyone in the neighborhood interested in taking part in a community service opportunity? The HOA is looking for help with the lowering and raising of the neighborhood flags when necessary. There are various planned and unplanned times when orders are given to have flags lowered to half-mast. If you are interested in helping out your neighborhood with this task or if you have any question please contact Margaret at [email protected].

  • Please do not tape flyers to any poles or mailboxes throughout the neighborhood.

  • Yield to pedestrians in crosswalks. Please stay alert and free of distractions while driving.

  • Parking by the mailboxes is for short term parking ONLY while you are picking up your mail. Do not park in these areas overnight.

  • Please help to keep our bathrooms clean. If you make a mess, clean it up before you leave.

  • Please use your fobs when entering the gym. You must be 16 or older to enter the Fitness Center.

  • You must exit the Fitness Center by 11pm or you will set off the security alarm.

  • Trash Cans MUST be out of view from the street. Do not leave cans at the curb when it is not a trash pick up day (Wednesday/Saturday).

  • Check around the exterior siding of your home for any mildew and address any problem areas.

  • Fence height may not exceed 6ft 6in. Any fence facing the street, drainage areas or any other common areas must remain at 6ft. Click here for more info.
