Activities & Registration

Registration Payment Plans continues to be the highlight into 2024 for those departments with Authorize.net or MX Merchant gateways!
We added a check box if the department wants management to be able to bypass required documents during checkout.

Reports

We added a new Munis export for Munis ERP Pro 10.
We fixed an error on the Disbursement Export.

Accounts

When trying to access a linked required document where the link no longer exists, you would get a 403 error screen- this has been fixed.
We have fixed the error when using the account setting Lock All Accounts, the public review page still had the Edit link, which went nowhere.

Memberships

The need for a required membership on an activity can no longer be satisfied by a membership that has no scans remaining. The registrant will be asked to register for the membership during the activity checkout process if there are no scans present on their current version of the required membership.
When creating or editing a membership type, the maximum number is currently capped at 99.This change is to allow the maximum number on a membership type to be 3 digits, up to 999.
We added additional filters to help narrow the Search process for memberships during management registration.

Facilities

When assigning facility types, one must assign a type to the main facility in order for the type to be recognized in the activity schedule edit information facility type drop down. Facility types assigned to areas should be recognized in all areas where one can search by facility type.

Misc

Registration Payment Plans have replaced the Recurring Subscription. Current Recurring Subscriptions will be able to finish out their terms, however, new subscriptions will need to be created in the form of an RPP. Keep a lookout for our special webinar on this soon for those departments who were utilizing this feature!
