MESSAGE FROM FR. QUAN

Hello everybody!

We continue to pray for Fr. Jeff as he is on his vacation and retreat from July 14-28. Wishing him a wonderful trip with days full of refreshment, excitement, joy, and peace. We hope he has a great and blessed time with the scouts, his family, and God. In Fr. Jeff’s absence, please contact me or parish staff if you have any concerns and questions.

We look forward to welcoming Fr. Joseph Bukenya Wetaase, a visiting priest from the Diocese of Byumba who will celebrate all Masses on this weekend. Donations raised will assist with funding a residence for retiring priests in this Roman Catholic Church Diocese of Byumba, located in Rwanda. I am grateful for your consideration and generosity. Join us following the Sunday 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. Masses for a pancake breakfast in the Celtic Center, sponsored by the Knights of Columbus.

Finally, a group of youth and adults are currently traveling back from a mission trip to Guatemala. They had a wonderful time to share the love of Christ by transforming lives in at-risk communities through care, sacrifice, and charity. It has been an amazing trip of hope and joy to serve people. Thank you very much for your prayers and may God work through and in them.

Peace,

Fr. Quan
