A Message From the Meet Director

Dear College Club Presidents,

We hope this email finds you well and ready for an exciting swimming season! As the meet directors of the upcoming 2024 CCS National Championships, we are thrilled to extend an official invitation to your team to participate in this exciting event.

Please allow us to introduce ourselves. I am Lauren Winkler, and along with my co-director Mason Pickett, we will be organizing this year's national championships. I am a senior majoring in interior design and Mason is also a senior majoring in psychology and political science. With our passion for swimming, we are committed to making this a memorable and competitive event for all participants.

The CCS National Championships will take place from April 5-7, 2024, providing an exciting weekend of camaraderie and intense competition. The venue is the state-of-the-art Indiana University - Indianapolis Natatorium. This venue offers top-notch facilities and amenities, ensuring that all athletes and spectators will have an excellent experience throughout the meet.

To facilitate your travel and accommodation plans, we are secured a preliminary set of hotels in close proximity to the competition venue. Each hotel will offer a comfortable stay and various room options to suit your team's needs. You can expect a full list of hotels ready to book later this fall. The prices for the hotels we are currently looking at range between $110 - $160 per night, please plan accordingly.

In the coming months, we will send out a detailed meet packet, which will include essential information about event schedules, time standards, registration procedures, entry fees, and other pertinent details. We encourage you to mark your calendars, as this promises to be an exhilarating showcase of talent and sportsmanship.
