Hey Beach Nation!

Happy November! I hope midterms went well for you and that you are taking time to recharge as we gear up for finals. 

Here are a few things I want to highlight on campus:

This week is Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week. There are several events happening around campus to get you involved in and educated on this important issue. Check out Events & Orgs for all the events taking place this week. 

Student Government, the Laurén Chalmers ‘83 Beach Pantry and Basic Needs have partnered with Fraternity and Sorority Life for a Food Drive Competition. Drop off your canned goods and non-perishable goods to the Maxson Center (USU 312) from now until Nov. 22. Help fellow students who are experiencing food insecurity all while supporting your favorite Greek organization. The team that collects the most goods will win a trophy and a pizza party at the USU Games Center. 

If you're in your internship era right now, head over to the Career Development Center for professional help, resume development, internship insights and interview preparation! I wish you the best of luck!
