Sure-Dry + October Business After Hours = Fun!

We're looking forward to our next Business After Hours at Sure-Dry LLC! Join us at 754 W. Airport Rd. in Menasha on October 27th, from 5 - 7 PM, for a Halloween-themed after-hours event with catering from Parker John’s, along with spooky drinks and desserts! They will also be holding a costume contest with incredible prizes:

  • Grand Prize: two (2) tickets to the Packers vs. Vikings game on Jan. 1, 2023
  • 1st Place: a table for six (6) at the Fox 11 Packers Huddle Show on Nov. 28, 2022

“Get Your Local Business on Google Search and Maps” Webinar to be Held November 9

The Fox Cities Chamber, as part of their partnership with “Grow with Google,” is offering members the second in a series of free educational offerings on Wednesday, November 9. The event, “Get Your Local Business on Google Search and Maps,” will be held via live webinar from 8 – 9 a.m.


In this webinar hosted by Google certified speaker Dave Meyer, participants will learn about Google Business Profiles – a free tool for local businesses who want to connect with customers on Google Search and Maps. Meyer will walk participants through creating or claiming their Business Profile, managing their business info across Google Search and Maps, using Business Profile to connect with potential customers, and creating a free website using info from their Business Profile.

For non-profits considering the need for expanded space or an upgraded facility somewhere in the Fox Valley area, there is currently free land available on the Midway Outreach Campus on Midway Road in Menasha. The Midway Outreach Campus allows non-profit, human services organizations to establish and grow their operations and the benefits they bring to those in need within our surrounding communities. Interested in a small business consultation with the SBDC?

The Small Business Development Center is on site at the Chamber once a month to provide free consultations for existing and aspiring small businesses.


Time slots are limited, but to better accommodate businesses they have added a wait list feature, if the day/time you want is not available. Schedule an appointment here. If you are unable get your preferred date/time, add your name to their wait list and they will reach out if there is a cancellation.

A reminder that the Chamber has partnered with Livability to produce an annual publication focused on economic development. A representative from Livability, Will Zanetis, is currently reaching out to Chamber members to solicit advertising support. This is a legitimate call, in case your company is contacted.
