Alumni Panelists Needed – Finding Your People in the Workplace

Wednesday, January 31, 7-8:30 PM, Olin’s Library

PGP and the Office of IDEA are seeking 2-3 alumni to be part of a panel discussing ways that new hires and interns can feel comfortable and confident in a work setting. This event is part of the FRAME (Forming Relationships and Mentoring Engineers) program which matches students with alumni mentors. The goal for this panel is to inform students about ways to “find your people” in the workplace. Examples of this might be joining a work social or affinity group. We would also welcome any ideas you have found to be helpful in feeling comfortable in the workplace. Anyone who is interested in joining the event should email Suzanne at salcott@olin.edu. Thanks!

Please save the dates for Candidates’ Weekends – they are Feb. 16-17, Feb. 23-24, and Mar. 1-2. OAFA is very excited for everyone’s participation as we look to enroll the next class of Olin students! Look out for an email about volunteering for these dates.
