He and his daughter, Courtney Roker Laga, will be discussing their new family cookbook, Al Roker's Recipes to Live By in conversation with Joy Bauer, MS, RDN, CDN, one of the nation’s leading health authorities and a nutrition and healthy lifestyle contributor for NBC’s Today show.

Rejoice in and relate to the Roker family rituals while thumbing through the Roker family recipe box. Roker's amusing anecdotes explain why he writes that "Food is the narrative that has shaped so much of who I am, and it’s the source of my warmest memories."
