Dear TBC Family:
Over the past several years – in spite of dealing with COVID – TBC’s dedicated clergy and lay leadership have worked diligently to transform and re-energize TBC and our religious school to meet the diverse needs of today's congregants. We have a shared vision of a community that comes together to make a difference in people's lives – locally, nationally and globally – and teaches these Jewish values to our children.

TBC is a dynamic, compassionate Jewish community – a community that is greater than any one of its members alone. It is together – as a community – that we can impact our world, celebrate our successes, comfort each other in times of hardship or sadness, continue to carry out our sacred work and build on the efforts we have begun.

We have an incredibly strong and committed leadership team driving these efforts – both lay leadership and clergy.

Consider all that has taken place at TBC in just the last few months.

Social Action
  • Multiple fundraising activities to support Ukraine
  • B’nai mitzvah projects to provide personal toiletries, warm hats, gloves and pajamas to those in need
  • Food and diaper drives
  • Blood drives
  • Rise Against Hunger

Social Activities
  • A Purim Carnival for our Religious School that also raised money for the school
  • An adult “Masks and Martinis” Purim Party
  • Sisterhood get togethers and fundraising activities
  • Campfire Shabbat
  • Community softball game
  • Pizza in the Sukkah
  • TBC Teens Apple Picking

Spiritual
  • Interfaith Thanksgiving Service
  • Havdallah
  • Chanukkah Menorah Lighting

. . . and so much more.

We have much more planned for the coming year, including the expansion of our social action efforts, further strengthening our religious school, offering more social events and securing TBC’s financial future. To accomplish this, we need your financial support.

In the next few days, you will receive a personalized “Pledge Form” for our 2022-2023 fiscal year. To enable us to present a realistic, balanced budget at our May congregational meeting, we are asking every current member to complete and submit a pledge for the coming year. We hope that in doing so, you will consider increasing your financial commitment to TBC to whatever extent you are able.

With gratitude,
June Mara, President
