Prescription Refills
HWMG and OptumRx are committed to providing a full spectrum of pharmacy care, especially in times of emergency. Our primary concern is to ensure our members have access to their prescription medications during this difficult time.
Until further notice, HWMG and OptumRx have suspended restrictions around early refills for HMAA and Charter Communications members heavily impacted by the wildfires. Please contact our Customer Service Center for assistance.
Access to Care
Travel associated with medical care will be based on the member’s regular plan benefits. If care is not available on a member’s home island, their plan may reimburse travel costs to the nearest island where care can be provided in accordance with the member’s plan benefits. Learn more.
