With the opioid epidemic continuing to plague Maryland and the nation, state and local resources remain strained in response to this problem. The first major legal settlement – with one manufacturer and three major distributors of these medications – has resolved for Maryland and other states, and will provide resources for the years ahead as we continue to support those affected.
