The Dyke and Terry Rogers Leadership Education and Development Program,
known as Rogers LEAD WT, is a leadership certificate program designed for students at West Texas A&M University. Students selected as Rogers LEAD WT Scholars will be guided to realize their leadership potential through education, application, and service.
Our University has been educating and developing leaders for over 100 years, and the Rogers LEAD WT program continues to build on this tradition.
