Workshop Presentation

Summary:

Unlock power of ChatGPT, a free, game-changing, easy to use tool that can help you simplify your workload. This technology handles tasks, supports executive functioning, and improves focus. ChatGPT offers speed and proficiency, much like a personal assistant or researcher might, helping users streamline their work.

This session is designed for anyone, including non-techies and those with ADHD, looking to increase efficiency. ChatGPT's responses to our questions and prompts will demonstrate its real-life applications. While much attention will be paid to the advantages, we will also cover AI's limitations and emphasize the importance of responsibility.

Objectives:

Participants will leave this session empowered with the following information:

  1. An understanding of what ChatGPT is,
  2. Knowledge of how to sign up for ChatGPT,
  3. Awareness of the benefits and limitations of AI technology, and
  4. A comfort level in using ChatGPT personally an professionally.

It's our privilege to bring valuable information to those individuals and families impacted by ADHD. Please support Nassau CHADD's community advocacy efforts by buying us a coffee!
