Yvonne Beri is a vision-driven change agent with a commitment to ReGenerative Impact Investing and Philanthropy. She has a career-long record of family office, asset management, and business engagement success with more than 20 years of experience within the financial sector. She actively pursues her commitment to making a difference by holding special consultative status with the United Nations as a Main Representative with consultative status to ECOSOC, UNEP, and serving as a representative to the HRC. She presently serves as the 100 Women in Finance Non-Profit Board Initiative Chair. Additionally, she is a member of the 1640 Society Wealth Forum organization Steering Committee. Kristen Kaufman
Deputy Commissioner, NYC Mayor's Office for International Affairs
Kristen Edgreen Kaufman is the Deputy Commissioner of Public Private Partnerships & Economic Development in the NYC Mayor’s Office for International Affairs. Kristen also leads all trade and investment initiatives with Europe, South America, North America and Latin America. Furthermore, she serves as the key relationship manager for European Consulates and Permanent Missions from the Asian continent. Before becoming Deputy Commissioner, Kristen was a consultant and coordinator who specialized in advising international organizations on development, fundraising and strategically engaging or facilitating community outreach with public and private companies based in the U.S. and abroad. Kristen also comes to the Mayor’s office with a strong foundation in finance having worked at Lazard, Merrill Lynch, and as a Managing Director at Natixis Bleichroeder. In 2009, Kristen co-founded Acrocorinth, Inc., a foundation promoting ethics in foreign policy and supporting education for underprivileged children. She sits on the board of the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs and previously served on the board of New York’s chapter of Teach for America. In 2014, Kristen was elected Democratic Judicial Delegate for the 75th Assembly District in New York City where she was responsible for facilitating the election of New York State Supreme Court justices. Her writing has appeared in Newsweek. Kristen graduated from Claremont McKenna College, cum laude, with a B.A. in international relations and went on to earn her MBA from Columbia Business School. She lives in New York City with her husband, children and French bulldog where she enjoys exploring the diverse neighborhoods and restaurants of the five boroughs.

Sang Kim, Partner, Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer Sang Kim joined 400CM in November 2015 and is a Partner, Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity she is responsible for assisting the COO in managing the Firm’s trading and asset management operations, legal, accounting, tax and systems management. Prior to 400CM, she was Head of Business Risk at Saguenay Strathmore Capital LLC where she oversaw the overhaul of the firm’s compliance and legal infrastructure, managed and coordinated resources for new fund launches, institutionalized the operational due diligence process and materials, and initiated the review of human resource practices and documentation. Prior to Saguenay, Sang was Director of Operational Due Diligence at EIM Management (USA) Inc, and has also held positions at RBC Capital Markets, Deutsche Bank, SG Cowen Asset Management and The Proxy Monitor. Sang holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Pace University, Lubin School of Business.
HE Lachezara Stoeva
Ambassador, Permanent Representative of Bulgaria to the United Nations
Her Excellency Lachezara Stoeva assumed her duties as Permanent Representative of Bulgaria to the United Nations on 16 February 2021. Since then she served as the seventy-eighth President of the Economic and Social Council (25 July 2022-27 July 2023) and as Vice-President of ECOSOC responsible for the Management Segment during its seventy-seventh session. Ambassador Stoeva was the Chair of the Economic and Financial Committee (Second Committee) during the 77th session of UNGA (September 2022-September 2023). In 2021 she was the President of the Joint Executive Board of UNDP, UNFPA and UNOPS. In 2022 Ambassador Stoeva chaired Subsidiary Body 1 under Main Committee 1 on “Nuclear disarmament and security assurances” during the Tenth Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. Ambassador Stoeva currently serves on the Advisory Board on Gender Equality of the President of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly. Before her appointment as Permanent Representative, Ms. Stoeva headed the Department of Economic, Financial and Administrative Affairs of the United Nations, in Bulgaria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2019-2021). Prior to that she served as Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations from 2016 to 2019, prior to which she was Acting Deputy Permanent Representative and Counsellor, responsible for international security and disarmament. Prior to her posting in New York, Ms. Stoeva headed the Foreign Ministry’s Department of Arms Control and Non-Proliferation from 2013 to 2014, and the Department of International Development Cooperation from 2012 until 2013. She first joined the Ministry in 2002 and has worked extensively on international security issues with an emphasis on arms control, non-proliferation and United Nations issues. Ms. Stoeva holds master’s degrees in European politics and government from the London School of Economics and in political science from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. She was born in 1977 in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Hannah Young
Consul General, British Consulate General, New York
Hannah Young is the Consul General at the British Consulate General, New York. She previously served as Deputy Consul General in New York. Hannah joined from Number 10, where she was the Prime Minister’s lead official on Home Affairs policy, a brief that covered everything from criminal justice reform to counter terrorism and immigration. She has a background in both international and domestic policy. Previous roles include establishing and leading the International Agreements Unit within the UK’s Department for Exiting the EU, working as Senior Advisor in the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit, Cabinet Office roles on migration and intelligence policy, and three years as a UK diplomat in Afghanistan at the height of the conflict, capacity building for national police forces..

Ms. Poster is a risk, regulatory, and governmental affairs consultant. Her consulting experience in financial services, focuses on accounting, financial, regulatory and compliance reporting, internal audit, controls, and implementation of risk technology solutions for banks, broker/dealers and hedge funds. Ms. Poster’s consulting clientele range in size from Citigroup, UBS to small Fintech startups. Amy completed a term assignment as a Senior Policy Advisor at the US Department of Treasury, Office of the Special Inspector General- TARP (SIGTARP), overseeing financial markets and domestic policy. She led critical audits on TARP recipients and Federal inter-agency investigations. Prior to her role at SIGTARP, Amy was Director in Product Control at Credit Suisse, focusing on risk and valuation for global credit products within the Fixed Income Division. In addition, Amy led the set up and post-launch risk management of several credit and distressed funds within Credit Suisse' Alternative Capital Division. Earlier in her career, she designed and implemented risk and valuation programs at Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette and Bear Stearns. She started as a business analyst at Lehman Brothers. Amy is currently a contributing writer for Forbes.com and has been published in Pensions and Investment magazine, Institutional Investor, Alpha, Money Management Intelligence, and the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) Risk News magazines. She holds an MBA in Financial Management with Distinction from Pace University. Ms. Poster is a Board Director for New York City based Solar 1, a 501 (c)(3) green energy education center. She was founding Advisory Council member of 100 Women in Finance and a senior advisor at private equity fund, Turning Rock Partners.
