Cross does offer to provide custom product augmentations and features that may eventually become new product offerings in our catalog. Cross does ask that no proprietary information be shared with our company. NDA (non-disclosure agreements) and PIA (proprietary information agreements) are not supported or approved for use at Cross in the execution of our business arrangements (we are a small business without the overhead staff required to support and maintain these type agreements).
