Preschool Project Mailing & Survey - Coming your way!

Over the past year, we've developed a new vision for the re-opening of a childcare operation at All Saints’. Much work is needed, including fundraising for preschool and chapel renovations. But first we must gauge your willingness to support the rebirth of this ministry. To collect your input, we are working with our old friends at Kirby-Smith Associates, who served us so well in our last capital campaign.

Paper mailings hit your mailboxes this week which include a survey (available online at bit.ly/allsaintssurvey2023) to be completed by August 15. Richie Musser and his team from Kirby-Smith will also be reaching out to you personally. You can arrange to meet with them via phone, Zoom, or in person (sign up online at bit.ly/allsaintsinterview2023). All feedback will be held in the strictest of confidence. Our goal is to have 100% participation in both the survey and live conversation by mid-August.

Any questions? Or don't receive the mailing? Contact Preschool Planning Committee member meganfindley14@gmail.com or Kirby-Smith CEO Richie Musser at rmusser@kirbysmith.com.

All Saints' serves the men at the shelter every month with a 5th Monday making the next Monday, July 31, 2023. St. Paul’s Men’s Shelter relies on volunteer support from nearly 30 area church and civic organizations who prepare food and serve hot meals each night. In 2020, the SPCDC Emergency Men's Shelter served 41 homeless men, providing 10,216 sheltered bed nights, 20,925 meals, and 3,700 hours of counseling.

Coffee Hour Host Information

Sign Up to Host a Sunday

Fellowship is one of the many things All Saints' does with passion and coffee hour is "our time" after the service to reconnect with our church family, talk with Father Mark, sit in on special programs ... and enjoy yummy treats and coffee! Now is the time to fill out our Coffee Hour Host schedule. Or go in with a friend and co-host! Look for the sign-up sheet downstairs in Parish Hall!

The Fellowship Ministry consists of parishioners who enjoy helping our church community come together. We're hoping to expand our list of Coffee Hour Hosts. You can choose a Sunday that works for you, or we can assign you where there is a need. Click here to email Christine in the church office if you would like more information about coffee hour and/or joining the Fellowship Ministry.
