Seniors are invited to the Gazebo near the Narberth Library, where Rosalie Pressman, certified tai chi instructor, will teach the Yang Family Style Tai Chi moves on select Tuesdays in June. Improve your concentration and balance, while lifting your spirits, with this meditative exercise outside in the sun.
We ask that all those who participate in this program either check-in at the Front Desk on the 2nd floor of Borough Hall AFTER your class or speak to the Staff Person present at the Gazebo. Thank-you!
