The first ever Michigan FCA Outdoors Camp will be held in Grayling, MI May 3-5, and registration is now open! Spots are limited for this camp. Thanks to the generosity of a few individuals, this camp will be offered for free for 7th-12th graders.

The early-bird rate for FCA Sports Camp at Spring Arbor University will expire on 2/29, or when the first 300 campers are registered. Don't delay!

Boyne City High School was launched just a few weeks ago! For more information about all of our Huddles, visit our Area Huddles Page.

Our two Prospective Staff, Rebekah Cotton (Grand Traverse) and Chloe Cook (Gaylord) are closing in on their fundraising goals and we expect them to be officially on staff within the next month or two- Praise God! All 3 of us will be traveling to Orlando, FL at the end of this month to join up with thousands of FCA Staff from all over the world at FCA Real Time. We would love your prayers as we prepare to gather to celebrate what God has done through FCA, worship together, and spend intentional time drawing near to Jesus. We are grateful for this opportunity!

It is so exciting to be a part of what God is doing through FCA ministry in our region. He continues to provide new opportunities and connections to make it all possible. Please reach out if you have any questions or if you would like to get involved!

In Christ,

-Jen Yost, Area Director

Testimony Spotlight

Adriana Delcore, Traverse City West Junior & FCA Member

“I’ve played hockey since I was about 7 years old. I got into it because of my dad and brother. It’s been a huge hobby of mine since the beginning, once I started I fell in love and I’ve enjoyed it ever since. As I started to get older I started to find my identity in my performance. I would feel as if I wasn’t good enough as a person if I wasn’t performing well or that I was a good person if I did perform well.

In April of 2023 I started attending a church in my community and going to youth group as well. I was able to join a community of believers that I’d never experienced before. I definitely believed in God before that but it wasn’t much more than that. I didn’t understand the magnitude of what Jesus did for me, and while I still don’t fully understand it and I don’t know that I’ll ever be able to understand His perfect love, but I’m happy to say that I’m pursuing a relationship with my Father and making it my goal every day to know Him, be known by Him and do my best to help others know Him.

I no longer find my identity in my performance but I now play to glorify God with this gift that He’s given me. I know that my identity is found in Jesus and although I’m nowhere near a good person and I’m just the opposite, I know that His grace and mercy covers me and I can find refuge in the arms of a beautiful Father.”

Registration is now open for our first ever Michigan FCA Outdoors Camp! Thanks to the generosity of a few individuals, this camp will be offered free of charge! This camp will be limited to 40 campers, so sign up soon.
