Bible Drive- Prayers Answered!

In September we started a Bible Drive, asking for donations to meet our goal of purchasing 500 Bibles to gift to every Good News Club child. By God’s grace working through generous donors, we were able to meet that goal in only 1 month! This year, every child registered in Good News Club in our chapter is receiving their own personal copy of God’s living word! Thank you to everyone who helped to make this possible!

Super Saturday Seminar- Training to Equip

As Good News Clubs continue this school year, and we plan on more opening, training more Good News Club teachers is crucial. We have been holding training sessions to teach our volunteers how to teach Bible Lessons, Memory Verses and how to share the Gospel using the colors of the Wordless Book. Over the last 3 months, we have equipped 54 trainees! We need more volunteers to go into the harvest field! The time is now!

Upcoming Events

A Christmas Party Club is an exciting and effective way to share the Good News with children! This is a special opportunity to make an eternal impact on children’s lives as we share the most valuable Christmas gift ever with them! In this new lesson, "I Don't Want Your Money", children will learn about an orphan who finds a home, but then learns the greater value found in knowing Jesus Christ.

These dynamic training sessions are designed to equip individuals with the required training to teach in a GNC. Topics include brief overview of presenting a Bible lesson, teaching a memory verse, and sharing the Gospel. This 13 week course is designed to equip local church members to reach children for Christ. Attention is focused on the lostness of the child without Christ and the biblical basis for child evangelism. Our next training session is Fridays, January 17- Apr 11 @ 5:30-8:30pm. 2024 Educators' Prayer Breakfast

Teachers from all over the Coachella Valley, along with many others involved with educating our children, came together and united in prayer. We prayed for our government, schools, principals, parents and the children. The testimonies shared spoke of the personal impact of this ministry and the positive effect seen in others touched by Child Evangelism Fellowship. We enjoyed a great time of worship led by the Youth, and a beautiful song sung by our own Good News Club children. Our former Local Director, Ms. Ales Scafuro was our Guest Speaker. She encouraged us in the importance of reaching the next generation and the detrimental effect it will have if we miss this opportunity. We recognize that God is our Source for all things. That is why we must be obedient to His command to “Pray without ceasing...” (1Thess. 5:17)

Church Sponsor- You could sponsor a Good News Club so we may direct the children and their families to a Bible teaching church.

Teacher Sponsor- You could allow us to use your classroom to conduct a Good News Club, as required in certain school districts.

Volunteer- You could be the hands and feet to take the Good News to the children

Prayer Warrior- You could be covering the ministry in prayer
