N95 Mask Distribution

FREE N95 Masks are now available, by request, to patients and community members at all CHDC locations. Patients will be able to request and pick up masks at their appointment or by coming to the health center. If you are not a patient, please visit one of our four (4) health center locations to request and pick up your masks. Masks will be limited to three (3) N95 Masks per person.

COVID-19 Vaccines

CHDC is pleased to offer both Moderna and Pfizer Covid vaccines at our Coventry Mall location. We offer 1st, 2nd, 3rd and booster doses for patients 12 years and older. Boosters are available 5 months after the completion of your Covid vaccine series and your vaccination card is required upon scheduled appointment. To schedule an appointment, please email covidreg@ch-dc.org or call 484-941-9991.

In addition, CHDC offers Pfizer Pediatric Covid-19 vaccines for children ages 5-11 during a scheduled pediatric office visit. If the child is not a CHDC patient and but is interested in receiving a Covid vaccine, we periodically hold Covid-19 vaccine clinics at our Coventry Mall location. Your child will need to be registered for a clinic at our health center and an appointment will be made at that time. Stay tuned for announcements regarding upcoming pediatric vaccine clinics.

COVID-19 Testing

COVID testing is also available at our health center. To schedule a COVID test, call our health center at 610-326-9460.

Thank you,

Staff Spotlight

Gladys Frame.png

Gladys Rodriguez,

Strategic Coordinator / Community Health Worker

Q: What brought you to CHDC?

A: My best friend's little brother told me that there was a doctor's office hiring front desk representatives. Back in 2015, I had no idea what CHDC was. I applied but kept look for jobs. After taking on a different job and actually starting there, I received a call from CHDC offering me the position. I jumped at the opportunity and I have not looked back since!

Q: What is your favorite part of your job at CHDC?

A: My favorite part is working in the community, hands down! Whether is working with the Street Medicine team, delivering Eat Fresh boxes to patients, interpreting or taking patients to their specialist appointments. This gives me the opportunity to show that we care beyond the office visit. This has grown into my passion. CHDC has given me a platform where I can advocate for our patients and help them overcome barriers to receiving healthcare, all with a little bit of kindness.

Q: What is something that you enjoy doing outside of work?

A: Outside of work, I enjoy being with my family. Being home, going out, making memories and cherishing the memories I have of those that are no longer here. Also, cleaning. Believe it or not, cleaning for me is therapeutic!

Learn More

When we focus on acceptance instead of awareness, we celebrate, educate, and move people to action. When learning more about Autism, it is important to learn firsthand from autistic people about their experiences. The Autistic Self Advocacy Network is a nonprofit organization run by and for autistic people. Their website is full of resources, and ways to get involved: https://autisticadvocacy.org/

April Infant Immunization Week Everwell.png
Learn More

National Infant Immunization Week (NIIW) is a yearly observance highlighting the importance of protecting children two years and younger from vaccine-preventable diseases (VPDs). This year, in particular, it’s critical to ensure that families stay on track for children’s routine checkups and recommended vaccinations — especially during COVID-19.
