Spring 2022
Clothes To Kids of Fairfield County (CTKF) understands that much has happened in the world stimulating a need by many. CTKF is well aware of the differing needs that are being addressed by other non-profits and agencies. While providing "clothing for free" may pale in comparison to those other needs, it doesn't for the children and families CTKF serves. You can somewhat insulate children from the ravages of poverty and lessen the stress on families. Seasons may change, but the demand for Clothes To Kids of Fairfield County's services does not! Consider making a donation.

As you may know, Clothes to Kids of Fairfield County is almost a completely volunteer-run organization. Together, our volunteers strive to keep up with the clothing needs of children across the county. Though we are still operating our store through curbside service, CTKF plans to reopen its in-store shopping appointments this summer, depending on how the pandemic improves. We are looking forward to that enjoyable retail store shopping experience that we provided to children pre-pandemic, along with allowing them to try on the clothing they like.

Please help us get our store ready for our shoppers by making a monetary donation. The pandemic has unfortunately diminished the amount of clothing and monetary donations received. We'll need our racks full, and plenty of surplus clothing waiting to refill those racks as children leave our store with new wardrobes. No amount is too small!
Future Fundraisers
Clothes To Kids of Fairfield County is delighted to resume in-person events this year! Our last fundraiser was held in 2018. Some of our favorite memories of meeting our supporters, sharing our mission, and discussing the great impact we are making in Fairfield County have been at our events.

Stay tuned for more details on what's to come. Take a look at some of our past fundraisers on our website by clicking the link below. We look forward to seeing you all again!
The TD Five Boro Bike Tour is Back
Last year's Team of CTKF riders raised over $16,000 for children in need! This year's TD Five Boro Bike Tour resumes its usual spring date, and will take place on Sunday, May 1st. Clothes To Kids of Fairfield County is still looking for riders to raise funds to benefit low-income children ages 5-18 years in Fairfield County. Get a great workout and take in the experience of riding through New York, all while giving back! Please contact CTKF's Executive Director, Elaine Rubinson, if you're interested in riding at 203-533-9846.

Thank you to all who donated to Clothes To Kids of Fairfield County on Fairfield County Giving Day this year, which took place on February 24th, 2022. We appreciate those who took time out of their busy day to spread the word and send the donation link to friends, family, and coworkers. With your support, we raised approximately $12,485, which will go directly to our shopper's clothing needs.
CTKF would like to thank Burlington Coat Factory and the Knights of Columbus for donating much-needed clothing this winter. So many children were bundled in warm jackets, sweaters, and pants because of their generous donations. Thank you for allowing us to change so many lives this winter!
