The survey seeks public input about recreation needs and priorities and will be open until March 31, 2024.

The mobile-friendly online survey takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. It explores outdoor activities and gathers opinions on priorities for outdoor recreation. Share your thoughts on how and where you spend your time outdoors.

RFPs & Grant Information

Fast Charging Funding Open Now

State of Vermont grant program aims to strategically expand access to fast EV charging in under-served areas of the state. The program is awarding $1.44 million in competitive grants to qualifying public attractions that could cover most, and in some cases all, of the purchase and installation of DC fast chargers.

Winning grant applications will be public attractions in areas of Vermont that have limited access to fast charging for EV drivers. Grants can help cover DC fast charging installs including: technical assistance, design, electrical make-ready upgrades, charging hardware, and more. The grant can be also combined with EV charging incentives from utilities for bigger savings.

Pre-applications [chargevermont.com] will be accepted beginning January 24, 2024 through February 29, 2024, and funding is limited.

After a pre-screening call, qualifying projects will be invited to submit a full application, with grant awards possible this summer. Full program details, including qualifications and application details are available on the Charge Vermont website here [chargevermont.com].
